Politicians allocate hundreds of millions a year for Parole Systems that guide Felons through their reentry into society. Whereas, they continue to ignore the 23,000+ Foster Children who age out of a Foster System that provides nothing except a 74%+ chance that they will become homeless, dead, or incarcerated!
