100% of the net proceeds generated from the sale of BADpolitico.com products are donated to qualified Foster Children Charities and Programs that specifically focus on the 23,000+ kids aging out of the US Foster System each year.

Therefore, only store credits are issued for regular priced products. No refunds are issued.

BADpolitico.com SALE items are not returnable and non refundable.

Regular priced items that have not been used and/or show any sign of wear can be returned within 10 Days for SIZE CHANGES ONLY! Laundered, smoked in, used and worn items will not be accepted.

Customers must return the product(s) at their own expense. Return shipping fees will be passed through to the customer’s preferred form of payment. Contact team@badpolitico.com to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which our support team will provide for all authorized returns.
